The Turquoise Trail Sculpture Garden and Studio is the private residence of artists Jennifer and Kevin Box. Nestled in the Little Garden of the Gods on Highway 14 it is just 10 miles south of Santa Fe on a National Scenic Byway known as the Turquoise Trail. With towering rock formations encompassing the three acre sculpture garden, visitors meander through a distinct southwest landscape discovering sculpture along the way. The environment creates a dramatic backdrop for this exhibition of stark contrast and unexpected harmony. The relationship between the white clouds and the predominately white artwork evokes a sense of lightness and peace.

Origami in the Garden is a traveling exhibition that tells the story of this art form through a collection of monumental outdoor sculptures. Each sculpture is inspired by a blank piece of paper that has been transformed into museum quality metal and tells the story of creativity and the art of making something out of nothing. The collection was created by Santa Fe artists Jennifer and Kevin Box. The exhibit includes collaborations with origami masters Te Jui Fu, Beth Johnson, Michael G. LaFosse and Robert J. Lang. Visit our website to see if the exhibition is traveling near you and while in New Mexico, come see where this exhibition began! Gallery Gift Shop includes small artworks, OiG merchandise and knowledgeable staff to ’share stories’ - so be sure to come inside from the heat.

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day Monday - Friday 10AM to 5PM with the gate closing at 4:45pm. Or By Appointment or By Chance off season.

Suggested Donation: $10 per vehicle - parking, self guided maps, parasols, free water in the Gallery Gift Shop
