Calliope Fine art and craft gallery was founded in 2018 by the husband and wife artist team of Michael Lancaster and Barbara Harnack. The gallery, located in Madrid, New Mexico, represents fine art, American crafts, and unique special gifts, all made by American artists, most from New Mexico. We offer you a memorable experience and the opportunity to capture a unique piece of art to take home with you.
Art at Calliope is affordable and accessible to everybody. We have something for every level of collector.
Calliope Art Gallery is located in the unique village of Madrid. Nestled in a narrow canyon in the Ortiz Mountains on the scenic Turquoise Trail between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Madrid was once a historic coal mining town.
